DARPA: Boston Dynamics Big Dog - This robotic dog may be a soldiers best friend soon carrying heavy equipment under any conditions. This video shows the "big dog" self righting itself, and keeping its balance in all terraine. Put to the test in rain, sleet, and snow carrying weight which is 100+ pounds heavier than itself. Watch the robot climb rocks, climb hills, stairs, walk on any rough terrain possible and even take a full force kick. Nothing can stop this dog from walking or even running like your average greyhound. Must see.
